Any explanation?

A young lady presented with clinical and biochemical features of  cholestasis . Ultrasonography disclosed dilated intrahepatic bile ducts, common bile duct, with no evidence of bile duct stone or mass.
MRCP did add nothing.
Few days later, everything was normalised.
Any explanation?

Answer
The explanation is either a stone that was obstructing the common bile duct and then passed, or the presence of abnormal and prolonged contraction of the sphincter of Oddi (Oddipathy), which causes temporary biliary obstruction.
